State of Maine issues a cease & desist order to CMS

Back in late May I dropped the dime on our buddies to the Maine AG who is not CMS' biggest fan. It took a bit; however, a cease & desist order has been issued for unlicensed activity.

So some buddies of mine from Savyon & Petach-Tikva say that they have seen a man closely resembling Barry in Israel on several occasions, very recently. That blows my theory that he's hanging out in Hollywood, FL with the "Chabad Boys".

I'd like to know if Boyajian is over there with him.

Some may ask, why is he over there? The answer is simple, he's avoiding the US Government.

Maybe there will be a Tel Aviv branch of Check Investors someday?

It appears that the rumors are true that Barry Sussman is living in Hollywood, FL with his Chabad buddies; however, the rumors of him spending his days watching NBA basketball are not.

I called check & Merchant Services today and spoke to someone named Willie... could be Willie Glazer, Barry's do-boy. I asked flat out if this was NCC and was Barry Sussman in charge, he answered yes to both questions. These guys are brazen.
